money baby money didn't win our game today but didn't lose either, we ended up with a tie against the best team in the league, record wise that is, they were up 18-0 with 6 minutes left and we just went off, scored 18 and had a chance to win the game but couldn't convert the extra point, went into overtime and none of us could score so it ended up being a tie, all good though, if we can hang with that team we guna kill the other teams, my back hurt most of the game but it was aight, got hella sunburnt though..
purpose of this post, "Swingers", arguably one of the best guy flicks around, i know its got some cult followings but it was never really a big mainstream hit, but damn is it good! i loved it before but watching it now and listening to the dialogue and seeing the situation mikey is in, makes it even better, i can relate to mikey and what he's going through, and listening to trent and rob's dialogue to mikey opened my eyes up to in some way... so if you haven't seen it, go get it! i'm serious, its money!

pain.. this entry would have been a lot worse but i found out some good news this morning, my back isn't as messed as i originally thought it was! i thought i was guna be like marco :) anyway, after last week's game my back was hurting thought it was temporary but it lasted the whole damn week so i got it checked this morning and the physical therapist said it was just a major back spasm, so now i'm getting therapy and stuff for it, luckily i can still play tomorrow! yahoo!
this month and a half has not treated me kindly with all thats happened plus my back, damn, here's hoping that May can treat me better, pls. God!
Holy heat wave batman! it is so hot these days! its almost unbearable, the city heat that is but if it were on a beach it would be the best! had a pretty interesting weekend, con and i have become official groupies of jay's little san miguel beer bar tour, he's gotta shoot every weekend till the finals at different bars and con and i have decided to keep him company for the rest of the way.. so friday night we went and it was aight, i ended up hanging with my boys from the team and lasalle and pao too! we went to this bar and felt young compared to the people around, although i could actually sing along with the songs being played cuz that's the stuff my brother grew up on, so we decided to check out a hip hop club, wrong move... it was filled with youngins and teens, so we felt too old, but looking at those kids reminded me of me and my crew when we were in high school, can't believe i was like that :) so we left after awhile and i got home at like 3 or 4..
saturday woke up picked up sunshine and played our game, we won thank god cuz i was getting tired of losing, a good game and we finally played as a team, but i'm getting old, right now my back hurts, my ribs hurt, my ankles hurt, i'm soooo old! i miss the days when i could just play as much as i want and not be in pain.. anyway after the game con and i once again accompanied jay but this time we became contestants of the game cuz no one was at the bar that we were at, its cool though.. we ended up hanging out with the host who is pretty hot and who i think has the hots for con cuz he's tall, muscular, and can do magic, okay i'm becoming gay.. so while they were talking and chatting i was talking to con's friend, a real good guy named carlo, all in all a pretty fun night, so we'll see what happens next weekend..
sunday was my bro's b-day so we had dinner with the fam and after that went out cuz it was our boy perry's birthday, it was cool cuz most of my team was out and it was a sunday night! didn't get home till like 3 but it was a good time..
on a sadder tone, little katie is in the hospital, i actually just got back from there, she has a really high fever so they had to keep her in the hospital, i felt so bad for her cuz when i walked in she had a dextrose (i hope i spelled that right!) on her little tiny foot! and she was just complaining, i felt so bad! i can't imagine how my bro and sister in law feel, i mean katie is my niece and i already feel bad, what more if she was my daughter?! but she's guna be okay i think, she was already dancing and laughing after awhile cuz we were singing twinkle twinkle little star, she so smart and her diamond is awesome! i love that little girl..

i'm tired, need to sleep but before i do i must share something that disturbed me at the children's hospital that katie was in, they had paintings of animals and stuff, of course cuz its a children's hospital, but one particular wall caught my eye, there were bunnies and one bunny was looking up and right above his nose was another bunnies butt! it looked like the one bunny was sniffing the ass of the other bunny! i should've taken a picture, it was just so wrong!
