xmas going ons as i sit here typing, i am utterly stuffed thanks to a piece of garlic bread, a bacon and cheese pastry, and wonderful strawberry and cream filled pastry puff.. which also reminds me of the amount of food i consumed this past xmas break..not good, damn food is so good! quite a good xmas vacation, a little different though due to the absence of many good friends and familiar faces but nevertheless its always good spending time with the family.. and with friends last thursday night was nice as a few friends and i gathered at my families empty rockwell unit (change of tenant) and just enjoyed some drinks and conversation, very chill and relaxing and just an awesome place to hang.. i wish i lived there...
the rest of the weekend was spent shopping for last minute gifts and some personal items for myself.. watched a great movie last night, "Before Sunset".. perhaps one of the best movies i've seen this year, not action packed or anything but just quality conversation and a story that i believe could happen to anyone, don't wanna give anything away so just get the movie and watch it, i assure you you won't be disappointed (did i spell that right?) and that you will be thinking about a whole lot of things just like i was and still am..

not quite sure what that meant but either way i think its true, memories of events or people are great as long as you don't have to deal with all the things that happened along the way, but that just doesn't happen in reality...
lets all pray for those who have lost their homes, their lives, and more importantly their loved ones to the tragic and horrifying events that happened this past sunday, clearly one of the worst natural disasters to happen in the past 50 years
